Cowshed gym at shoreditch house
The Gym
Cowshed is a place to keep fit as well as relax. The Gym is kitted out with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment including the latest CV and pin-stack machines.
Hour-long group training sessions are held for up to 4 people at a time, Monday through to Saturday and are available through House Reception.
Changing Rooms
There are separate men's and ladies' changing rooms located behind House Reception. Lockers are available to store clothes or valuables.
Sauna and Steam Rooms
The Sauna and Steam Rooms are situated through both the men's and ladies' changing rooms. They are unisex and open at the same time as the Gym.
